Excused: Varady, King, Robinson
The meeting commenced at 6:04 p.m.
Topic: Monthly Dues Increase Letter
The Board reviewed four sample letters written by some of the Board members, to inform the membership of the dues increase effective March 1, 2000.
Paragraphs from each of the letters were taken to reconstruct a new letter. Koch motioned to approve the new letter, Anthony seconded. The motion carried.
This letter will be mailed to the membership on February 24, 2000.
The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
